What goes in
The subcontract as it was issued, however long it runs, together with the schedule of amendments: Z-clauses, Particular Conditions, whatever the other side attached at the back. Scanned copies are fine, it reads those too.
What it does
It reads every page and pulls out the terms that decide money. Each one is quoted word for word and cited to its clause and page, and rated, so the dangerous terms surface first instead of sitting unread on page fifty-one.
What comes out
You get a control register covering payment, retention, notices, obligations, evidence and risk. Alongside it, answers to questions asked in your own words, the risk picture ordered worst first, and a point-by-point comparison against the standard form before anyone amended it.
