What goes in
The register Read produced, plus what actually happens on the job: instructions, variations, applications and certificates, and the dates that go with them.
What it does
It records each variation with its evidence, shows the notice windows that apply and how long is left in them, tracks retention to its release dates, and lines the payment position up from your own records so applied, certified and paid sit side by side.
What comes out
A live picture of where the job stands commercially: what has been captured, what is still open, which windows are closing, and where an amount has moved without an explanation attached to it.
