What this website collects

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the pilot request form: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message field.

Why, and on what basis

We use form submissions for one purpose: replying to you about a Senedra pilot. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (you asked us to get in touch). We do not sell, share, or use this data for marketing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (our form processor) and then held in our email and pilot-tracking records. If you send us contract documents during a pilot, they are processed locally on our own machines, never used to train AI models, and handled under the pilot agreement you sign — not this page.

How long we keep it

Pilot enquiries: up to 12 months from last contact, then deleted. Pilot project documents: deleted or returned at the end of the engagement, as the engagement letter states.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and to object to our processing. Email senedra.ai@gmail.com and we will act on it within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO.
