Who we are

Senedra is an early-stage service operated from the United Kingdom. We are not yet incorporated; the contracting entity for any paid engagement is named in the engagement letter you sign before work begins, and we will publish the company name and number here as soon as it is registered. Contact for anything on this page: enquiries@senedra.co.uk.

What this website collects

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the pilot request form: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message field.

Why, and on what basis

We use form submissions for one purpose: replying to you about a Senedra pilot. The lawful basis is your consent, given by the tick box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you asked us to answer. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. We do not sell, share, or use this data for marketing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (our form processor) and then held in our email and pilot-tracking records. If you send us contract documents during a pilot, the read itself runs on our own machines and your contract text is not sent to any third-party AI model. Where documents and the registers built from them are stored in the product, they are held encrypted in UK or EU data regions by our hosting providers. Nothing you send is ever used to train a model, and all of it is handled under the pilot agreement you sign, not this page.

How long we keep it

Pilot enquiries: up to 12 months from last contact, then deleted. Pilot project documents and the registers built from them: deleted or returned at the end of the engagement, and in any event within 30 days of delivery, as the engagement letter states. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and to object to our processing. Email enquiries@senedra.co.uk and we will act on it within one calendar month, which is the period UK GDPR allows. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

ICO registration

The Information Commissioner's Office keeps a public register of organisations that process personal data in the UK. Senedra is not yet on it. We will complete registration and publish the number here before we process any client contract data under a paid engagement.
